Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir will be singing in two half hour spots at Taunton Flower Show on Friday 7 August at 11.00am and 2.45pm.
TDMVC weekly rehearsals for the Autumn session are expected to recommence on Wednesday 2 September at 7.20pm in Temple Church Hall. The date will be confirmed in September.
Voce Chamber Choir Summer Concert on Saturday 4 July 7.00pm at St James Church, Taunton, will feature favourite songs from 5 years since their foundation. Tickets £10 (£5 for students) from www.ticketsource.co.uk/voce-chamber-choir.
Lunchtime Concert Friday 10 July at 12.45pm at St John’s Church, Taunton, features Winners and runners up from Taunton Festival of the Arts Singing Competitions for 8-18 years old. Retiring collection in aid of Taunton Festival of the Arts and St John’s Church.
Local organist Ed Jenkins will feature in a lunchtime concert on Friday 14 August in a programme entitled ‘pipes unveiled’. Collection in aid of ‘4 Louis Baby Loss’ Charity and St John’s Church.
